At Torque Tribe, we're committed to getting your motorcycle accessories and gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Nepal.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on Saturdays, public holidays, or during festive seasons (Dashain, Tihar, Tihar, New Year) and promotional sales may experience slight processing delays.
Once your order is handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a confirmation via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp along with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery times depend on your location within Nepal:
Inside Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur): 1–2 working days after dispatch
Major cities outside the valley (Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Dharan, Hetauda): 1–3 working days after dispatch
Remote districts and hilly regions: 5–10 working days after dispatch
We work with trusted logistics partners including Upaya Cargo, Nepal Can Move, Aramex, Pathao Parcel & FabBud, to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
Inside Kathmandu Valley: 120/KG
Outside Kathmandu Valley: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. A small COD handling fee may apply depending on location
Exact shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
If your location is not serviceable for door-to-door delivery, the nearest logistics hub or branch office will be assigned. Our customer care team or the logistics partner will contact you directly to coordinate pickup. Please keep your phone reachable during the delivery window.
If the customer fails to respond to calls or messages from the Torque Tribe team or the logistics partner during the delivery process, and the package is returned to us, shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the invoiced value upon refund.
We strongly request customers to:
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
Keep their contact number reachable between 9 AM and 7 PM
Respond promptly to delivery confirmation calls
We do not offer return pick-up services. Customers wishing to return a product must ship it back to our address at their own cost:

Orders placed during sales, festive offers, flash deals, or bundle promotions may experience dispatch delays of 2–5 additional working days due to higher order volumes. For specific delivery timeline updates on sale orders, please contact our customer care team.

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please:
Record a clear unboxing video before opening the package fully (this is required for claims)
Contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery
Share photos, the unboxing video, and your order ID
Claims made without an unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer care team. We'll follow up directly with the logistics partner and keep you updated until the package is delivered.
