At the Time of Delivery
If you are not satisfied with the quality, freshness, or physical condition of the product at the time of delivery, you are entitled to return it without any questions.
The returned product will be taken back immediately, and if payment has already been made, the corresponding amount will be refunded via the same payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, etc.). Alternatively, at your request, the amount can be credited to your store account for future purchases.
After Delivery
Products can be returned only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
Issues related to the manufacturing date or expiry.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—sealed, unopened, unused, and returned on the same day of delivery.
Damage and Inspection
We request customers to inspect all items thoroughly at the time of delivery.
Once our delivery executive leaves your premises, we cannot accept complaints regarding damaged or broken products.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days, depending on the payment method used during the purchase.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to processing times at banks or financial institutions. If your refund is not processed within the advised timeframe, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.
Alternatively, at your request, the refund amount can be credited to your store account for use in future transactions.
Prepaid Orders and Partial Deliveries
In the case of prepaid orders where items are short-delivered due to unforeseen reasons, the value of undelivered items will be refunded through the original payment method or credited to your store account, based on your preference.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or insufficient address details, the recipient not being available, or refusal to accept the delivery, no refunds will be provided.
Top Racks and Boxes:
Zana's top racks are designed exclusively for top boxes with a maximum capacity of 32 liters and for plastic boxes only.
The use of aluminum top boxes or exceeding the specified capacity will void the warranty.
International Buyers:
Refunds for international orders will only be processed after receiving proper video proof of the installation and verification of any reported defects. No refunds will be entertained without this evidence.
Any violation of the specified terms and conditions will void the warranty.
